Excellent career overview of Bowie’s work through the 1990’s
If your love of Bowie’s music extends beyond the superficial single disk best of, but it’s not to the level of large box sets, this two cd career overview is an excellent alternative. The major limitation is the absence of any material from the last fifteen years, but if, like me, your focus is on pre-2000 material this set is just fine. Contains all major 45’s & a goodly number of album cuts. This major icon of the rock era will be greatly missed.

UPATE - Defective.
Would have been nice considering the track listing but there are skips and drops outs throughout both CDs. UPDATE - Turns out it was just my copy, Amazon sent me another and it's all good. Great song selection, my only complaint is most of Disc Two are the single versions, not the LP versions. Hence four stars. Wiht the near-infinite storage space of a CD, would it have killed them to give me one more minute of "Heros"?

Got to be a mistake.
How in the world did they put this big a collection of David Bowie together and leave out Moonage Daydream???? There are at least 2 songs on this set that they could of done away with and put in Moonage Daydream!!!!

Definitive Bowie collection
Prior to ordering, I researched which of Bowie's greatest hits collections is the best, and ascertained that this two-disc UK version is the one. I most definitely concur, as every Bowie hit from every era is included. Great find!

Nella mia fornita non poteva mancare "Il Conte Bianco". Questo the best è una bella raccolta per apprezzare e capire Bowie e chissà andare successivamente con la discografia.

Besser gehts nicht. Da ist wirklich alles an Hits drauf. Von "The Jean Genie" über "Ashes to Ashes" bis zu "China Girl" ist alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zusammenstellung dieses Ausnahmekünstlers. Absolut Top. 5 Sterne sind mehr als verdient.
