I’ve tried several hydroxyapatite toothpastes and BioRepair Total Protective Care is my favorite. I’m on a medication that dissolves orally, and the acidity has caused some issues with decay and sensitivity. Since switching to this, my sensitivity has noticeably lessened and my cavities haven’t been progressing. The mint is mild (not overpowering), it foams just enough without feeling drying, and my teeth feel smooth and clean for hours after brushing. If you’re dealing with sensitivity or enamel concerns, this one is worth trying.

This toothpaste has done wonders to repair my enamel. My teeth were so sensitive before I got this. I didnt want toothpaste from the USA bc of all the extra garbage they put in USA products. I tried using nano hydroxyappetite toothpaste and it made the sensitivity worse. After extensive searching I found biorepair and ive used it for years now. My teeth have no pain or sensitivity when brushing now and the toothpaste has a good.minty taste that lasts. The toothpaste gets foamy when watwr is added while brushing and leaves my teeth feeling nice and smooth ans clean. Highly recommend and its made in italy.

Much better than generic toothpaste. This helps your teeth in ways I never thought was possible. No cavities, actively removing plaque & rebuilding minerals . No bad Taste . Overall it’s a 10/10 They even give you some whitening effect

After years of using whitening products my teeth I concluded needed enamel repaired because they were so sensitive. I love this toothpaste! Can’t speak directly to enamel repaired but if a symptom that’s it’s repairing is no more sensitive teeth, then this is it! My teeth feel clean, not alot of froth in that it doesn’t fill my mouth with frothy stuff as I brush. Pleasant taste, too.

I am very disappointed that this remineralizing toothpaste isn't standard in the US. We are told to use fluoride toothpaste and given higher doses for tooth problems or sensitivity...it's even in most city water systems. I'll leave my feelings about mass dosing of "preventative" medication in our drinking water to myself, but I've done some research and wanted some alternatives. I had very poor oral health due to neglect as a child, so I have many fillings as well as 4 (expensive!) dental implants. My teeth tend to get cavities and I was close to developing another (despite not eating candy or sweet drinks, sigh) a few years ago at a checkup. Not wanting to spend another 8 grand on a 5th implant, I decided to order some of this remineralizing toothpaste that I found was very commonly used in Italy, Japan, and other places. IT. WORKS. Not only was the beginning of my previous cavity completely gone from the x-ray, my teeth were stronger and healthier overall (per both the dentist and hygienist). I also purchase this toothpaste for my husband and children, and their teeth are in perfect condition...even though the kids do not avoid sugar as I do. One thing to be sure to do is NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH after brushing: you want the remnants to stay on your teeth and do the work. I find the taste to be pleasant, so this shouldn't be an issue. It's a bit more spendy than what you'd typically pick up at the drugstore, but trust me: it's a LOT cheaper than extensive dental work. Your oral health, and that of your family, is well worth the few extra dollars.

This toothpaste was recommended to me by my biological dentist. It supposed to help rebuild my enemel and heal my sensitivity. I've been using it for a month and can say it made a bit of a difference. In 2 months I'll have my dentist appointment for the next cleaning so we'll see in practice how it works. So far - so good. The taste is great, gentle mint and teeth feel very clean after it.

This stuff is literally magic. My teeth had suddenly started being extremely sensitive to cold drinks, and I had started having a toothache. After using this toothpaste for 2 days, it's improved by probably 90 or 95%. I didn't know if I should believe the hype from the other reviews but figured I'd give it a shot. I'll never use another toothpaste again after trying this stuff.

this is the best. my teeth haven’t looked better in years. they’re whiter and less sensitive.

Love these, gentle restorative formula. Wish the price point was better considering it's around 4 euro in Italy but it's still worth it.

I can’t rate this toothpaste highly enough if you have very sensitive teeth. When my hygienist cleans my teeth he has to turn the cold water off to clean the right side of my mouth as the sensitivity to cold water is unbearable. Hot and cold drinks or food was bad too. However a week on from brushing with Biorepair and the sensitivity has reduced very dramatically. I can bear cold and hot drinks and hot food is ok too. The dentist told me the cause was too much brushing with abrasive teeth whitening toothpaste so we the years so I stopped and for three years only used sensodyne toothpaste. It didn’t really help sensitivity at all. Biorepair has been fantastically effective and I can’t rate it highly enough.
