Works well as expected
Delivered quickly and flawlessly. It's obviously basic, being an entry level model, but it works well and brews an excellent coffee. So far, I have tested it only with americano - the Starbucks House Blend tastes just like at Starbucks! Bear in mind that this is the international version, and comes with a non-UAE plug. The instructions are a bit cumbersome (little or no text, just images and diagrams) and require some effort to be deciphered.

Not working after 1 year
Machine is not working after just one year of light use. Contacted Nespresso and they said that it’s not the actual one sold in the UAE and they cannot honor the warranty. Waiting for the Seller J to confirm on using the warranty to replace the machine.

Machine was not working when was delivered
UPDATE: GOT A REPLACEMENT, SAME MACHINE, SECOND TIME ALSO NOT WORKING. THIS PRODUCT HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM HERE AND THE SELLER HELD RESPONSIBLE. THIS IS A A JOKE BY NOW. No coffee was coming out at all! Just the sound with no coffee. HORRIBLE!!! Waiting for a replacement, and I don’t know for how long. No coffee in the meantime! 😭🤯🤯 DO NOT BUY

La Nespresso Inissia EN80.B è una macchina che ha semplificato la mia routine quotidiana del caffè. È molto compatta, ideale anche per cucine piccole o ambienti con poco spazio, ma nonostante le dimensioni offre un espresso cremoso e intenso, proprio come quello che mi aspettavo da una Nespresso. L’avvio è rapidissimo e non devo aspettare a lungo per avere la mia tazza pronta, il che la rende perfetta anche nelle mattine più frenetiche. Con le capsule Original è facile ottenere risultati consistenti ogni giorno, senza sprechi. La macchina è anche semplice da pulire e da utilizzare, perfetta per chi non vuole complicazioni ma non vuole rinunciare a un caffè di qualità. Il design nero è elegante e si integra bene con altri elettrodomestici. In sintesi, la Nespresso Inissia è una scelta affidabile per chi cerca comodità, qualità e rapidità in una macchina da espresso compatta. Consigliata!
