DO NOT BUY!!! TOTALLY BOGUS
I am VERY UPSET!!! I spent over $40 for 3 packages of Soulmate Organic Whole Egg Powder to keep for emergencies. Thank God I decided to try some before ordering more. I wondered why the powder was a tan color instead of yellow like the brands I used before. After adding water it had the color of brown sugar and was not thick at all. It would not cook like an egg but just kept bubbling in the pan just like brown sugar.I think this company is making money off of their Soulmate name. I doubt very much that, whatever it is, it is organic. It claims to be "Made in USA" but that often means imported bulk products packaged in America, most likely by a Chinese owned company. In fact, having watched the YouTube video about the 10 foods you should not buy in China, I would bet that this fake egg mix is Made in China. Do you know that China makes plastic eggs, as well as plastic rice, and sells them for people to eat? The young Chinese man who made the video said that China is very proud of their talent for making fake products! I hope it is still available to watch. It is very interesting but infuriating.I am so glad I saw that video because I was afraid to eat these "scrambled eggs" but I dared to take a very tiny taste, twice. They did have a slightly sweet taste. I think this powder is brown sugar mixed with flour (or plastic?). I hope I can get it out of the pan, if not, I will be triple ANGRY for the loss of my money and the loss of my trust in the USDA Certified Organic label. I think the positive reviews for this product are fake as well.I hope Amazon will remove this product from their inventory. In fact, I will report this HORRIBLE issue to them. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware
Looks and smells like sawdust. Reconstitutes as a brown soupy mix. Compared to another more reputable brands offering, it’s not even comparable as an egg product. I’m doubtful of the legitimacy of this product.

A HOT MESS!!! HORRIBLE!!!
This is trash! I added water, it came out like sticky yellow slimey crap; wouldn’t thicken. After cooking the paste in a frying pan, it seared into something like a brown glue. Doesn’t taste like eggs. Sadly, I didn’t read reviews before purchasing, lesson learned. I looked at the posted picture and it’s exactly how mine turned out. Makes me want to throw up! A waste of money! DO NOT BUY!!!

What A Mess!!
I don't know what's in these "eggs," but it certainly doesn't look or cook like eggs! There were not instructions on reconstituting, so I used the measurements I had always done with other powdered eggs. But they never thickened up at all, no matter how much more of the powder I put in.They hit the pan and bubbled like lava and turned a dark brown. Never cooked into anything even faintly resembling an omelet! All I can figure is that these things were adulterated with other ingredients. A total rip-off!Absolutely not worth even one star and certainly not worth spending even a penny on. These are NOT powdered eggs!!

Waste of money.
This stuff is terrible. It does NOT turn into anything resembling eggs when you add water. There are no instructions on the bag for how to use it and when you add water is just becomes some brown liquid that doesn’t thicken up at all and won’t cook into anything when heated. It’s nasty.

Helped with building egg allergy tolerance
Love this stuff. Both my twins are allergic to eggs. We were instructed to give them baked goods with eggs in it several times a week to help build their tolerance. While they still broke out with eggs, they do fine with these powdered eggs. Also love that these are organic. Very difficult to find organic powdered eggs. When mixing in a drink mixture, make sure to mix immediately to prevent the powder from clotting.

Waste.....
Don't even bother with these supposed dried whole eggs! Mixes with water and cooks like you're boiling sugar! Never even comes close to anything that would attempt to resemble an egg! Maybe this is just the dried, crushed shells of eggs....but they are NOT eggs!!! Ended up looking like a bad fried bread mistake and sounding like you were cutting Styrofoam after cooling! Try another brand that actually has eggs, and I mean REAL eggs in it! Can't even return them....so heads up to that as well.
