Cenipar 97007696 Range Hood Filter Charcoal Odour Filter for Range vent hood (8 3/4" X 10 1/2" X 3/8")-3 Pack

This is less a review than a confession. I had never given the vent hood filter much of a thought until the day it came loose during cleaning. Handling the thing was enough to convince me to find a replacement, but the age of my appliances made that a challenge. I took a chance on the Cenipar replacement filter, and I'm more than satisfied with the result. Fit and finish are first rate. It slotted right in, doen't rattle with the fan on, and works just like the OEM. I'll just try to see that it doen't have to work for as long.

The size was correct and the filter works as it should.

They fit. I measured my old filter, and these were a perfect replacement. Such a simple easy little fix. And now I have a couple spares so when this one starts getting gunky, I can replace right quick.

The original product comes with a metal mesh on both sides, however, this one only includes the mesh on one side. The image shows it but is unclear until you receive it. The structure is fragile so it could be bent if hit. Check the package when you receive it.

These are by far the best I've ever bought. Price is fantastic. These are so much better than the one my hood came with. Highly recommend.

My old range hood is 30 years old and I've wanted to replace the filter and I found these on Amazon. They're not as thick and heavy as the old filter, but it seems to let the air through better and removes more steam. So I'm very pleased with them.

Not sturdy

I have houses, swap these out between tenants. People never seem to change these out? Take the toilet paper off the rolls, take the rolls. I always put new TP on all the spindles, new light bulbs if any are burned out and new range hood filters. These are the best, great price.
