A MUST have for the 705 and 7300
I put this on my IC-705 before I ever took it out in the field. There are all kinds of ways to scratch the screen while operating outside. Just think of all of the dirt and grime just in the air and then grinding it in with your finger let alone an accidental bump or scrape. I put one on my 7300 home station radio as well just in case. I have not notices any negative effect on the touch screen response. I took the picture with the flash on and, as you can see, it reduces the glare as well. For the price and minimum labor to install it I think that these are a MUST-Have.

Acceptable quality, but overpriced.
Acceptable quality, but overpriced. It should cost about $7-8 for pair, not 15. It's just a small piece of film that is glued to the screen. This is not space or nano technologies. Jeez.

Screen protector for an IC-705 radio
The Icom IC-705 has a touch screen and this protects it from any bumps or scrapes. Fits well and looks good.
