This product is next level. I'm using this multi vitamin since few weeks. I'm feeling so good about it. I feel energetic it's not about my workout at gym. Even when I'm in the work place, I can perform my duties without being exhausted. I can sleep better. I didn't change my meals or I didn't consume anything extra except this multi vitamin. So I believe it is because of this It's like u jailbreak your body. Amazing multivitamin. Will buy again for sure

This is a really solid multivitamin for men. Contains many of the essential vitamins and minerals needed, whether through a strenuous workout or just life in general. For the price, you really can't beat it. A couple of the mentioned cons sub as waste through urine, dosage, I "supplement" hehe, by just spacing the dose through the day, even though some is excreted as waste, you still absorb and are able to utilize the minerals and vitamins that you need. It is a semi large pill, but I don't find that much struggle with it one by one.
