Not suitable for slim cigs

Machine broke after 10 cigarettes' :(
I have used it immediately after delivery to replace a defective OCB machine I previously used for almost one year. One that one, the rubber material inside have started to elongate and as such it was unable to make tight cigarettes. This one, after only 10 (ten) cigarettes just broke. The material went out from the upper bar and .... that's it :( . Unfortunately this item is not eligible for return or refund. Maybe because I just received it less than 2h ago, it is not yet processed in the system, even if it's showing delivered. I don't know why, but I will try again tomorrow morning. Hence, avoid it! Buy OCB or Zigzag which are much better and reliable.

Great quality
Comes in 7mm which is lose for 6 and tight for 8 I had to wrap an adhesive tape around the roller to make proper 6mm slim cigarettes
