This is OK even straight into water but I usually drop of teaspoonful into rose hips tea or juice. Does not taste bad just citrusy. A-grade USA company.

I love this stuff, I just wish it was buffered because it sometimes gives me acid reflux. Otherwise, great!

Been using this form of Vit C for a couple of years now. Makes it easier to take higher doses without causing loose stools in comparison to other mainstream versions. Unless of course you take too much for your system...in which case loose stops are inevitable. Also having the bioflavanoids seems to give some extra help when dealing with allergies. When I'm feeling under the weather or dealing with allergies I like to take 1,000 mgs at a time....a couple times a day. Works well.

This is the most disgusting thing to drink, ever! It’s nasty. I plug my nose to drink it and it’s still awful!
