I use this nasal spray for my baby whenever she has a runny or blocked nose. I wanted something gentle but effective to help her breathe more comfortably. The spray is very fine and soft, which makes it easier to use on a little one. It doesn’t feel harsh, and my baby tolerates it well. The nozzle format is perfect for small baby nostrils — it fits comfortably without feeling too big or invasive, which makes the process much less stressful. I usually use it before naps and bedtime, and it genuinely helps clear her nasal passages so she can breathe better and settle more easily. I also appreciate that it’s a natural sea water solution with no medication, which gives me peace of mind for regular use. We’ve been happy enough with it that I now order it on repeat. The only small downside is that application can still be tricky if your baby is wriggling. Overall, this has become a staple in our home during cold season and something I would definitely continue to repurchase.

It worked well in opening our baby’s nose and helping the snout get out. But the packing needs improvement. There was no seal on the package or the cap.
