There are periods when I attend 3 or 4 funerals a month so I keep this on hand for friends trying to keep it together while grieving. They help with my anxiety . I take them once a day and they help control my anxiety before work and if I ever feel like like needing more I know I can take more with no side affects like anti depressant. Easy to use. Small to take and have a small sweet taste. I wish I would get more for the amount I pay for them but then again they work for me so I my opinion is they are worth the money .

I used to get these in small tablets but now you can only get them in small balls. Would rather the old style was still available. Had about 200 in container vs. 50. Good product for calming your emotions.
