Horrible foreword
The Meditation itself is valuable and interesting, however the Foreword is just unbearable and impossible to read. It’s 65 (!) pages long!!! Boring as heck, has no structure and very opinionated. I was trying to push myself and read till it till the end but it’s just impossible to read so badly it’s written. Get the book, skip 65 pages and enjoy the Meditations

Amazing Work I ever read my entire 16 years
I bought this book a month ago, since then.. Marcus has provided a lot of value into my life and helped me change a lot.. 2 y ago, I was chasing after my ex and completely devoting my whole life trying to get her back. Ever since I decided to change, this book has helped overcome so many problems and follow the ‘logos’ of life , I’ve already read the book more than 5 times .. Great translation from Gregory hays

Meditation is one those books that gives you a new perspective to think about life as a stoic .
The book is paper back of average quality but it is good enough to read . Print quality of the book is good . The books makes you think and shows the philosophy that Marcus Aurelius used to conduct his life . It's a great read to begin with stotism.
