Beautifully told story
I have only read two of the short stories in this novel, and already I can see why it has won awards. Beautifully told of lives in small but important moments, dreams and reality told with an unapologetic eye and an open heart.

Conforme aux attentes.
Un excellent livre, en très bon état. Toujours la grande facilité d'achat chez Amazon. Dommage que maintenant il faille atteindre un montant de 35 € pour bénéficier de frais de port dérisoires.

A gloomy take on the losing battle for environment
A number of unhappy souls caught in a somewhat tortured existence are drawn to the love for trees and the battle to save them. They lose. Nothing can help the Sapiens. A gloomy book. Yet the imagery is disturbingly powerful.

A look inside a life that I've never seen before
Prosaic, captivating and a dire warning of what could be if we don't heed it's lessons

The best book I have ever read
Every line is poetry, yes, as one person noted, one often has to reread a line or a paragraph because of its beauty. I have not finished it yet. I cannot put it down. It is about everything not just trees, but I love trees. It is often about the cruelty and ignorance of humanity. The stories are so touching and unexpected. Thank you for writing this stunning book.
