the TrueBlock line of labels is ingenious - particularly if you are reusing an old shipping box or made an error on a label - it will not show through anything underneath it, making it extremely durable as well. They are the best filing labels for reusing your file folders (not this size). The one drawback is they cannot be removed without tearing the label.

There is a lot to like about these labels. First of all, the “TrueBlock” technology. These labels indeed cover-up whatever you might want. . . need. . . and desire to cover. FYI. . . In past years these labels were not the same and even though they were supposed to cover, they didn’t always. That’s not the case now. They actually cover very well. They are also extremely “sticky”, which means that they stay put. There is information instructions on the back of each sheet, which is also great. So if you’re sharing them with others, each person can look on the back for information. I purchased the five-pack, and they are very affordable that way. You can either use the online templates at the Avery website. . . or. . if you use Microsoft Word, then you should find these labels under the mailing tab.

I’ve used these Avery 2" x 4" printable shipping labels for both personal and small business shipping, and they never disappoint. The Sure Feed design really does help—sheets feed smoothly through the printer without jamming or misalignment. Text and graphics print sharp and professional, whether I’m using an inkjet or laser printer. The adhesive is strong enough to stay put on boxes, envelopes, and mailers, but not so aggressive that it wrinkles during application. The labels are bright white, so printing looks crisp, and they’re easy to customize with Avery’s online templates if you want to add logos or designs. Pros: Sure Feed tech reduces jams and misprints Sharp, clean printing on both inkjet and laser printers Strong adhesive works on different surfaces Templates available for quick customization Cons: Not waterproof, so ink can smear if exposed to moisture Pricier than off-brand bulk labels Overall, these are reliable, professional-quality labels that make shipping easier and look more polished. A great choice for home, office, or small business use.

These labels print perfectly every single time — crisp, smudge-free text that looks super professional. The adhesive sticks securely but still peels cleanly if needed. I use them for shipping, organization, and even homemade product labeling, and they never disappoint. A reliable, must-have office supply.

Alright, here’s the revamped version with commas instead of dashes: Avery Printable Shipping Labels (8163), are the unsung heroes of DIY projects, small business branding, and the kind of everyday organization that makes life a little less chaotic. And if you're using these for branding nursery flower pots, congrats, you’re already winning at creativity! Now let me tell you why these labels deserve a round of applause and a permanent spot in your supplies drawer. Super versatile. These labels are like that one friend who can adapt to any situation. One reviewer uses them for their laundry service to list names, weights, and inventory. Another realized they’re ideal for organizing moving boxes or storage bins. And you? You’re turning plain flower pots into branded masterpieces. Honestly, whatever your vibe is, these labels are ready to roll. Stick like glue (literally). Forget peeling disasters, these labels know their job and do it well. JediMasterYoda, wise as ever, points out how easily they stick to surfaces, while another reviewer praised their strong adhesive even on plastic. Once they’re on, they’re staying put, no mid-day label drama here. Printing made easy. If you’re worried about printing logistics, let Avery ease your pain. Their online templates make customizing your labels a breeze. Whether it’s laundry tags, professional-looking product packaging, or nursery branding that’ll have your customers swooning, these templates turn ideas into tangible results. And don’t forget gel pens, they glide across these labels like butter, with no smudging in sight. Quality that impresses. These labels? They don’t just exist, they shine. They’re thick enough to handle heavy black markers without bleeding, and every print comes out crisp and professional. Ruth even pointed out they’re perfect for bold single words or detailed notes, whether it’s “Welcome Spring!” on a pot or inventory details on a shipping box. Zero regrets. Look, life can be unpredictable, but these labels have got your back. They’re dependable, adaptable, and seriously affordable. Sure, there’s room to dream about glossy finishes (one reviewer’s wishlist item), but the matte version still crushes it for everyday use. In conclusion, these Avery labels aren’t just pieces of paper with sticky backing, they’re game-changers. They make branding fun, organization effortless, and customization a joy.
