Very high quality handmade chess board and pieces
I am very pleased with the quality of the chess board and the pieces. Clearly something you would display proudly at home, and enjoy playing with. Unfortunately one of the pieces arrived broken in 2 (despite the good protective packaging); I reached out to customer service to let them know of the issue - I rapidly received an answer and my replacement arrived (complementary) after only 2 days..! Very happy with such a prompt customer service.

Oh my gosh!! This is so pretty, amazing, beautiful, etc.. i got it in perfect condition. I love the marble. I gave this to my sister as a wedding gift and she loves it! Her husband loves it so much. It is just amazing!!! Highly recommend! Thank you Radicals!

Solid Quality
I was pleasantly surprised just by the weight of the box when this arrived. I wasn't expecting both the board and the pieces to be such heavy pieces of marble, but they are and it's a true show-piece and pleasure to play with. The added carry box and the sponge feet for the pieces are a nice touch to keep it protected. One downside is, the inlay to hold the pieces in the carry box are too small for the pieces.

Beautiful but delicate
Got this chess set and I love it. Its absolutely beautiful however the pieces are delicate, of course they're made of stone and onyx is particularly sensitive. It's very well presented in a box and the detail of the pieces is very nice. I would definitely get it for someone as a gift but I wouldn't say its hard wearing as the pieces will break if not handled with great care. I had an issue with one of mine and the team at radical helped me out. They were very responsive and understanding and replaced my piece for me.
