It is a powerful electrolyte and works well just be careful of the dosage
I tried the product for the first time and i think i just experienced a potassium overdose with numbing, nausea, that feeling of almost passing out , it was my fault though i should have started with very low dose than 1 scoop I generally have low bp 80/70 and i thought i was about to die but i directly took salt hydration tabs and i feel better. I will still use the product but with very very less dosage. I am a great follower of dr berg, i believe in this diet regime. The product overall has good taste and not hard to drink at all

This is the third time me purchasing this electrolyte, does the job and gives me the required potassium and magnesium and keeps hydrated. I just add some pink salt for more sodium.

I have used another brand in the past and when compared to this particular brand, it is not as effective. Urine still turns pale yellow and signs of cramps exits. It says 1000 gm of potassium and I purchased this brand because of high potassium but results are not matching what is indicated on the ingredient. I feel sorry for purchasing.

Great to have for all of GLP 1 takers. Helps to replenish electrolytes due to diarrhea or dehydration. Product taste really great. A must have for carnivore or vegan dieters. Mixes well with water or juice.

I found the lemonade flavor to be distasteful. I switched to Berg's electrolyte capsules, but they did not help me adequately (medically speaking). So I read reviews on flavors, and tried the Cucumber & Lime. Its flavor is far superior--light, refreshing and not too sweet

Been drinking Dr Berg’s for 3-4 years now and it is the best electrolyte powder you can buy! Queensland gets pretty hot in summer and l cycle a lot, I take Dr Berg’s before, after and during my ride, rarely get a headache or cramps. The taste is lovely! Do yourself a favour!
