I have fine, high porosity 4B/4C hair. I prefer to use this over the other treatment that requires using a blow dryer or hair dryer. I can distribute this much better over my hair and comb it through with my fingers to better distribute without feeling like I'm breaking off my hair, unlike the other one - iykyk. My wash day goes my faster and easier. I just wish it came in a larger size and wasn't so pricey.
