Cool product
I think they provide as much proof as possible in regards to the science of these insoles. From a user standpoint they felt good and I don't know if it was just in my head but I definitely felt like I had a little bit more pop in my jump and get off when I start running. The insole itself is solid and was a huge upgrade in comfort and support.

Great product/Amazing customer support
My son loved the VK gold insoles that we purchased for basketball. They definitely helped his vertical and he felt like they helped his overall agility. Unfortunately the Dicks salesperson put him in a shoe that was a size too big causing his foot to move around inside the shoe. This caused unusual wear on the insoles, I was outside the warranty offered by Amazon, so l contacted VK. Even though the shoe wasn’t the right size which caused the issue and it was no longer under warranty. They stood by their product. They offer a 90 day warranty through their site but aren’t obligated to recognize anything bought through Amazon. However they did. They pointed out that the shoe size was wrong, so I made sure he was sized correctly. Nowadays finding a company that will go the extra mile for their customers isn’t very common especially when you cause the problem. I highly recommend this product. The customer service team was amazing.

No "explosiveness", develops tendonitis due to design, gaslighting customer service made it worse
After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones. Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit.Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
I currently run in Hoka Bondis size 9, so I purchased the W9-9.5 insoles and they fit perfectly. I've had them since November and once I broke them in, it felt like I was running / walking on a cloud. I can't stop wearing them! They are a very stable and durable product that make me excited to be active. Also, as a runner, I have experienced plenty of knee pain in my day and these inserts completely eliminate that feeling. I recommend Vktry insoles to everybody now!

Jumping 1-2 inches higher as advertised
See update at bottom......I used it for light exercises for 3 days, just slow running. I felt that all the impact was bouncing back to my feet. The balls of my feet starting to hurt, I feel like I'm running on a hard plate. I did not feel any "spring action" as it described. The arch and heel has some cushioning but not as good as my other insole. Most importantly, there is no help on my jumping at all. I honestly does not feel any "Spring action" or any feeling that it helps me to jump higher. Even if it help me to jump 1' inch higher, it hurts the balls of my feet, for $120 insole, I expected excellence. I have to return it.I cancelled the return since after 1.5 weeks of breaking it in, I felt the bounce and I knew I jumped 1-2 inches higher. I started blocking hits in volleyball against the same few friends that used to hit on top of my block but now I'm touching their hits at bottom of my fingers. It helps the defense and some time actually blocked the hits. The insole is more flexible now and the middle part is softer. At 61 years old with both knees have torn meniscus, there are not much jumping exercises I can do as young ppl to gain leaping ability. I worked on what I can for 8 months on the legs, no gain at all. Paid $130 and get 1-2 inches, now I can block and spike better, why not?

These things are basically a miracle
I work at UPS so I am on my feet basically all day. I have tried so many of the other insoles x stance, Spencer, Dr Scholl's list goes on and on plus I've used the custom insoles but I could tell a difference as soon as I put these in my shoes. I have had them now for a few months and I don't experience the lower back pain I used to, my shin splints went away. My hips are back are realigning into the right position. Quite frankly this is the best option for anyone who's experiencing any kind of lower body pain. Go ahead and drop the hundred bucks on these I'm promise you won't be disappointed.

Not worth the money
These are very durable and solid inserts. Fits well, true to size. Keep in mind they are made of carbon fiber and a little bit of rubber. No trimming ot folding. There is plenty of support, in no way shape or fashion have any cushion. It will be a hard surface on the bottom of your foot. They are ok, but would never buy them again. Of course these will last forever, but I don't need them at this point. I seriously thought it would help support recovery times and alleviate other issues from training/running. Only made things worse.
