This kit worked great! The only thing I would recommend is that you use the spray conservatively because it has to be used twice. Don’t go bonkers with it on the first application. Easy to use, the instructions are easily understood, and my headlights look great. Make sure you have access to plenty of water because you need it for the sanding. Read ALL instructions first and you’ll be fine. Great product!

Excellent product for DIY. It works as it claims, need to be very careful when applying clear coat, do not over apply.

I have tried many home hints to clean the headlights on my 20 yr old Mazda 3 Maxx Sport, non of which touched the yellow cloudy Perspex. I watched a YouTube demo of the Sylvania Headlight Restoration Kit and decided if Sylvania doesn’t clean them, nothing will. A lot of rubbing was required to use the 3 different grades of sandpaper but definitely worth the effort. I followed the steps exactly and now my car looks as if it has new replacement headlights. I used this on my 2005 Dodge Dakota. My headlights were so foggy, that any amount of extra dirt that landed on them would make them almost entirely useless. I had my skepticism about this product and how well it could really work, but I was wrong, this is a fantastic product and made my headlights almost as clear as the day it came out of the factory. I would gladly suggest this to anyone who has old foggy headlights, it works exactly as advertised!
