I am not sure what this is. But it’s not pre-workout unfortunately. Loved the brand about a year ago but shops have stopped stocking it. So tried getting it online but not as remember it. Won’t be buying again.

Didnt like the product, the effect is very mild and not very tasty. Stoped using it after the second scoop

This is my husband’s favorite pre work out. In his words, “it gives me the best pump before working out!” No jitteriness, give him the pump he needs before/during working out. Does not get tired throughout the day either. Loves the flavor options the offer and uses daily.

Product works well. Gives you the energy you need and tastes good for preworkout. Like most preworkout supplements they will be overly sweet. I don’t understand the name of the product though. Why is it called no explode? Time and time again I definitely explode the toilet no matter what! After every gym session or during. My crack is sore from all the explosions. Please keep that in mind when using the product. I usually use ON preworkout and that doesn’t give me this same problem. I will still use this on occasion though.

I was deciding between this preworkout and Optimal Nutrition - I’m glad I went with NO Xplode. I got the watermelon one and it tastes amazing (really just hoped it would not be too sweet). Also this is the first preworkout I’ve had where it fizzes when mixed with water, giving a refreshing mouthfeel when drank. It does have a strong caffeine kick that can make me jittery so I stick to half a scoop. Even with half, it gives me the boost I need to have a more effective workout. I’ve definitely noticed the difference

The product itself is fine, I've used it in the past. However, the canister lid was crooked and I had to pound the lid down just to make it be on the threads to get it off. Once I did the seal was broken underneath too. That's the reason for the 3 stars. Other than that it's a good pre-workout. The watermelon flavor is pretty intense but I kind of just chug it, it's not like I'm mixing a cocktail and sipping on it so I'm really not too picky.

Love this stuff!! I’ve been using it regularly for the gym 3-5 times a week since June of 2010.
