Taste was good and every time I drink it I feel better, probably also due to the vitamins. Also if I haven’t drank water all day this is a quick solution to feel hydrated again. Also an amazing drink after a workout

I started using liquid IV when I was going through chemo treatment. This hydrated me and helpd me from my muscles cramping. I still love and use this product.

The cost of the shipping was high. The product was delivered in 2 weeks. The product is good , I had it before.

I have so much energy when I add this to my water during my workouts. The taste is delicious! I ordered the strawberry flavor. It does contain some sugar, if that's a deal breaker for you. For me, it up leveled my workout so I figured it all balanced out.
