Will it repair broken Indian pottery?

This worked very well to repair some handmade ceramic pottery of mine. I can hardly see where the crack was.

Would this fix a rearview mirror that completely came off?

At the auto part store they make an adhesive for rearview mirrors, about $10, clean the glass with 90% alcohol, use tape to hold the mirror plate in position.I would let it dry for 2 hours minimum.

will this work on crystal

Regrettably, not in a safe, lovely or reliable way...what seems to work best for porcelain, crystal and glass is old fashioned Elmer's white glue, which actually dries clear, is non-toxic and does a relatively good job of adhering to porous surfaces. Admittedly, for crystal it is also not ideal...but crystal has a complex formulation, with lead and other metals melted into the silica of the glass...that is what makes it strong, thin, and ring like a bell. The PC clear epoxy does not work well on porous surfaces, and I would never drink from a glass mended with it! It would work if you were just mending it for cosmetic reasons...or perhaps reattaching a stem, rather than a portion of the drinking surface. I have used the Devcon epoxy for many glass repairs quite successfully, but I would still be careful with drinking from any repaired surface, but it does adhere to porous surfaces better. I have tried a number of different epoxies over many years, and this is the best one I have found. Measuring and mixing is easy, but the end result - a strong bond that holds up for different types of surfaces, is great.
