A nice assortment of tools that will handle practically all the basic needs of taking care of quartz watch repairs; of which I'd say 90% is removing the various style back plates so you can replace batteries. Batteries are NOT included. Also, the basic tools to help you work with the different styles of watch bands/bracelets. Especially nice was the fact that the spring bar removal tool has a metric ruler built onto it for getting an accurate measurement of the lug distances.For more advanced repairs on mechanical watches, you'll likely need some additional tools. If you are getting serious about doing this work and think that you'll be doing more than the occasional job, it might behoove you to invest in some better quality tools - after all, when you buy quality, you only cry once. :) That is not to say this is a poor quality set; it's actually a pretty decent set for the money. And that's why I bought it: to get me started. As/if I get more into the hobby, I'll buy better stuff. IN the meantime, this set has all you need, it's decent quality AND the included instructions are helpful as well.Something of note: it claims "208 pcs".... That number includes the count of an assortment of different size spring bars (can be very handy actually), cotter pins, and the miscellaneous "teeth" for the JAXA wrench.All-in-all, a worthy starter tool set.

Perfect set of tools to use to open backs of my Michael kor and movado watches with both screw on and snap on backings. this kit would be better if it includes a tool to help snap the backings close on certain watches since I can’t snap them close with my hands. However, I was able to do so using a wrench to snap close my watches. Recommend putting a piece of clear plastic on the backings before using a tool to pry them open to prevent scratching of watches. Also, recommend laying the watch on the provided microfiber cloth to prevent scratching of the lens.

I have lots of watches many of which are battery operated. The cost of replacing a watch battery by a jewler, at least in my area, is way more expensive than the cost of this repair kit. The battery replacement was pretty easy for a novice like myself. This was money well spent.

I have several Invicta watches and the like and this is great for changing batteries and seals. Great product in one case. LOVE IT!!

Not a bad little beginner kit. But its cheap tools.

This kit has just about all the tools and spare parts you need for "amateur-level" watch repair. My first job was to place an after-market expansion watch band on my watch (which I had done before). Then, I found out I needed to remove three links from the expansion band (which I had NEVER done before). This tool kit made short work of both jobs. I'm glad to own it, because it sure is handy, If you have ANY mechanical aptitude at all, and ever work on watches, this kit will pay for itself on its first job, I'll bet; that's what happened for me!
