KJV - Burgundy Bonded Leather - Regular Size - Thompson Chain Reference Bible (015093)

This is the best study bible out there to me. I was put on to this bible by a minister friend. He was so right, scripture should interpret scripture. That is what you get with a Thompson Chain bible. I would recommend this bible to everyone out there. I bought the bonded leather. It looks good and has a very strong binding. Of course if I had the money I would have rather had a leather.

As advertised gently used. Very well packaged. Early delivery. Worth money.

Great reference Bible. Only drawback is bulk & weight. Wanted the "handy size" but these ol' eyes can't deal with 6 pt type. Very satisfied. My old Bible was in tatters (reflecting more on it's quality of binding rather than the usage it's had). Hope this one lasts as well (though I likely won't need it as long - I'm almost 78, so I expect this one to last for the duration).

I am now using my third Thompson Chain-Reference Bible (I use mine a lot and tend to wear them out) and I love them. They have a lot of study tools and features. I highly recommend this Bible.

Why? Because rather than use somebody's opinion about a biblical idea, the Bible uses the scriptures to define the word. Outstanding word searches in a chain of references, from the first time the word is used in the Bible to the last time by the use of marginal references. King James Version is the ONLY version to buy (because it hasn't been tampered by man's cognitive abilities, but written through God's inspiration of the scriptures. I only give this one a four because I gave it as a gift, and the recipient hasn't responded to me thanking me for the Bible.

Purchased as a birthday gift. My friend loves the bible. She was so surprised. It was used but in great condition. No markings what so ever. It had someone else name on it but she just put it in a cover. She didn't care about the name. She is enjoying what's inside.

I have used a Thompson Chain Reference Bible for 25 years and have found it to be a wonderful Bible and easy to read and study..I wore one out, it got to be looking so worn out that I had the need to purchase a new one and this was it. I would recommend it highly to anyone, it is a great Bible...

This is an excellent bible, particularly for anyone who takes his faith and study seriously. It takes out much of the drudgerly of research, and places it at your fingertips. Its current price is less than I paid for my last one, some forty years ago. I would recommend it to anyone, and buy now whilst at such an excellent price.

Everything you need to study, great for people seriously studying or people who just want some more info on the bible and really get into the word with history maps and a concordance, a dictionary, outline of books and figures from the bible. Great value for money!!! Must have for anyone studying the bible!!

Lovely. Excellent investment. Delivery took a little over a week and Bible was nicely packaged. Print size could be a bit bigger for me but all in all this bible is lovely to read and was well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Shipped reasonably quickly, but what quality. If you bought a new one I don’t think you would have known the difference but what made this perfect was it came with its original box. And of course it was probably one of the best bibles in the world for its concordance.
