I accidentally bought this product thinking it was the moisturizing lotion. When I received it, I noticed the formula was thick, and after watching some reviews, I realized that the moisturizing lotion and moisturizing cream are two different products. To prevent confusion, I suggest the company change the packaging to make the difference between the two products more clear.

I have received the item and it was very hot, the cosmetics it should be in cool weather, and handed cool, it harm my skin because it might be damaged because storage and handed in bad weather and hot.

bought this while on accutane it's great then decided to buy the larger version with a pump (DONT) they are not the same in formulation and the one with blue pump leaves a greasy film and causes acne disgusting

I originally bought the 1 lb tub after having it recommended for sensitive skin, as I have very sensitive skin that is both acne-prone and eczema-prone so I am extremely cautious about the products I use, I was worried this lotion would be too oily, thick, or greasy and result in acne flares. I was completely wrong. Thankfully, this formula has been very gentle and hasn’t caused any irritation. I purchased my first jar in January 2025 and I’m honestly shocked that I’m only just now buying a refill over a year later — and my original jar still isn’t completely empty. A little truly goes a long way. One thing I really appreciate is the short ingredient list and the fact that it’s completely fragrance free, which makes it ideal for sensitive skin. Even though the cream looks thick and white in the jar, it absorbs surprisingly well into the skin. It leaves my skin feeling deeply hydrated and nourished without leaving behind a greasy residue or white cast. The only downside is that the tub packaging can feel a little less hygienic than a pump. They do sell a pump version, but when restocking I’d rather not pay extra for the pump each time. I ended up just saving the pump from my first jar and swapping it onto the refill, which works perfectly. Overall, this has become a staple in my skincare routine. If you struggle with dry or sensitive skin and are hesitant about thicker creams, this one is definitely worth trying.
