I've had this bag in my possession for a little over two hours, and I already like it so much that I'm going to write a review about it.The bag seems really well made, and the overall design is very thoughtful. But first, let's get the negatives out of the way.The backpack straps don't have the best padding and could be a little wider at the neck. Also, they don't tuck away when you're carrying the bag like a duffel, so they might drag. It would have been nice if they could detach at the bottom so that you could tuck them into the luggage loop.The multi-function pockets inside of the main compartment don't have flaps/zippers/snaps, so if you carry the bag like a duffel, things could fall out easily and get lost at the bottom of the bag.The mesh used for the small pockets has a rough texture. I suspect that it will leave scratches on plastic, and I would have preferred a softer material.The detachable shoulder strap has sturdy clips, but no shoulder pad. Someone else mentioned not getting a strap at all, but that was probably an outlier.And that's all of the negatives...none of which are a big deal. Now for the positives.The bag is a really nice size--larger than a typical backpack, but not so much that you'd feel silly using it around town. The main compartment doesn't waste any space. The opening is so big that it's very easy to get to the bottom of the bag, and the laptop and tablet sleeves have reasonable padding.The vented compartment at the bottom has the same-sized opening as the top, and you can pull it completely inside out to empty/clean it. If you stuff it full, it'll take up about 2/3rds of the main compartment, and when you don't need it then the entire main compartment is available to you. In a pinch, you could even unzip the bottom, let the compartment hang out, and almost double how much you can fit in the bag. However, I'm not sure the seams would hold up.The back has minimal padding and mesh to provide airflow (so your back doesn't get sweaty), but it's nothing special. It also has a luggage loop, so that you can carry this bag on the handle of your wheeled luggage.The outer pocket opens up like a binder, so it's once again easy to access things. However, it might be a bit tricky getting into there without putting the bag down, since it hinges to the side.Finally, all five zippers are smooth and easy to open/close, and the materials (aside from the mesh) feel sturdy and well-made. The D-rings for the shoulder strap are very solid, and the numerous grab handles are comfortable to hold and have reinforced stitching.Someone mentioned that it would have been nice to have a handle on the bottom compartment to mirror the top side. I get that, but then it would prevent the bag from sitting flat. So, I'm happy as it is.I'm looking forward to using this bag!

Very durable material..well insulated..for the price excellent quality would buy again if needed

I bought this backpack when I was going on a trip to Europe and wanted a bag that could be a carry on on the plane. It was great for that trip. Now I used it if I am going away for a weekend. I like how many pockets it has and that you can put dirty laundry in the bottom part. And it is nice that it can be made smaller with the size straps if it is not full. I keep a set of toiletries in the top pocket so that it is handy for me to take away on short trips. I get compliments on it all the time. Its not super ergoamic so I might recommend getting a more sporty one if you are traveling and will be walking long distances. But it is perfect for my needs.

I find this bag very helpful for day to day use. Material quality is good. It’s just the bag itself is a bit heavy that’s what bothers me. Apart from this every this else is good. Enough compartments with good quality zippers. I believe it should easily go over 5 years. Just for the weight of the product giving 5 star otherwise everything is perfect.

If you buy this, you won't regret it. This is one of the best bags if you go to the office and gym in one go. The stuff for the gym and office are isolated from each other so that makes it very convenient. I recommend it for its capacity, organization, and design - no issues found- it can handle bulky stuff without making the bag look too big.I took one star because it doesn't have a quick easy access pocket on the outside. There is one compartment, but a small zipper on the front would have been perfect. Although, there are enough pockets for sure.
