Needs to add in height for the arm straps I have a 31 waist so I got the small which the shoulder straps are too small so does help at all

This products flimsy material is poorly constructed, the instructions are unclear, and the velcro is low quality.

I have tried this for sewing and it has really made a difference. I am able to stand cutting, or sit sewing at my machine for much longer than I could before. A little constructing but that is a price worth paying.
