I read some comments, here, saying that it was just regular USB. In my case the port are thunderbolt/USB-C and it's definetly faster than regular USB. For the price it's really a good product so far. I use it on my 500MB SSD 2017 iMac. I put my entire dropbox folder on it. It's a bit slower than having it directly on my machine, but not enough for it to be a problem at all. Really glad I bought this!

Utilizzato come disco di backup per l'ufficio si è rivelato un ottimo prodotto come LaCie ci ha da sempre abituato, 500Gb erano perfetti per me e per i soldi che volevo spendere, necessitando di una connessione Type-C. Aumentando la capacità si può avere un bello store di dati, la cui velocità lo rende davvero un missile scambiando dati al massimo consentito. é molto leggero ma al tempo stesso trasmette sensazione di solidità, a corredo arriva con il cavo Type-C ma anche con altre "riduzioni" Type-C / Usb-B

Çok memnunum. Type-c bağlantısı ile kullanıyorum. Yaptığım testlerde okuma hızı belirtildiği kadar hızlı. Yazma hızı ise 90mb civarında. Ubuntu işletim sistemini kurdum içine ve tüm işlerimi oradan çok hızlı ve hiç bir takılma yaşamadan yapabiliyorum. Kutudan hem type-c hemde USB 3 kablo çıkıyor. Tek eksiği encryption (şifreleme) özelliğinin olmaması. Böyle bir şeye ihtiyacı olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hats off to LaCiie / Seagate for creating such a great storage device. I recently had one of the disks on a back up RAID go bad. Rather than replace that drive, and await the failure of the others, I opted to purchase this 3TB solid state wonder. It‘s a magnificent little bit of hardware. The only problem I foresee is telling them apart when I purchase more of these. I really despise the P-touch. Maybe I need some stickers. Hey, LaCie, why not include some cool stickers with the drive to help repeat customers tell them apart? That quibble aside, Five Stars!
