Oh my gosh, I love these sponges. I've used mine on my feet (and lower legs) many, many times and it leaves both so soft and smooth. The sponge I'm using now has lasted more than 5 hard uses and is still sudsy and doing the job. Because the product was doing such great work on my feet, etc., I started using it on my hands and lower arms. The suds do not have a strong smell, just a slight clean fragrance, but the sudsing power is amazing. The exfoliation part of the sponge is not stiff and hard rather pliable and not scratchy. The size is good for my medium sized female hand and I use it aggressively without experiencing redness or abraded skin. My shins are dry, since I live in El Paso and am frequently in the sun, and this product keeps my skin and feet well exfoliated so that the subsequent use of moisturizer works well. I keep one in the shower and give myself a good scrubbing with it about once a week. I'll buy again.

I never dabbled in foot care much before but I gave these a shot during my tea tree oil phase and was so pleased with them that they're now an official part of my daily routine! I especially find them refreshing to use when it's hot or I've been on my feet all day. I don't really get callouses but these do noticeably keep my feet soft and smooth and they help with winter dryness. Just wet them a bit to 'activate' them and they quickly work up ample lather when you commence scrubbing. My favorite kind is Citron Eucalyptus infused with shea butter and tea tree oil. It's a great combination of ingredients that really makes my feet feel clean and refreshed. The scent is noticeable during use and I find it pleasant though I have a very poor sense of smell so to me it's just a bit minty. In my experience, these actually last much longer than indicated. It says 5+ washes but they're good enough quality that I can use them for well over a month before I notice any drop in lather production or any deterioration of the exfoliating surface. I just make sure to let them fully dry out after each use and they've consistently endured far longer than advertised. They're an ample size and easy to grip. The only negative thing I could say is that they can make my tub and even my grass-style bathmat very slippery, but once I was aware of this it's easily mitigated simply by using a little caution. I just go one foot at a time and completely rinse the lather off before putting my foot back down to avoid the issue. I'm still very happy overall with these and I've purchased them multiple times and even recommended them to friends.
