Q: Does this product require ventilation when it's being applied? What are the carrying agents?

Hi Karen,Thanks for reaching out to us! In regards to your question no it does not need ventilation as its a water based emulsified polymer formula with no dangerous volatile chemicals. We sincerely hope that this helps! :)

Q: Is this product rated as food safe? i.e., is it a appropriate for food preparation surface such as marble counters used for bread kneading?

I bake a lot but I never put my flour or dough on the counter. I always use a pastry board - either wood or marble (depends on what I am baking). I would not recommend put any food directly on the counter for hygienic reasons. Hope it helps. FYI: I do not put any chemical products on my pastry board or marble.

Q: Can this be used for outdoor granite counter tops that are exposed to the sun?
