Perfect fit and easy to install!
New driver in the family and he couldn’t see the PRNDL at night. While I put it in gear out of instinct, he needed the help. I installed this in his car in about 15 minutes, there are some things that you have to remove first. Oh, my advice is to wear rubber or plastic gloves since the oil on your hands will make them burn out sooner.

My Corolla's auto shifter light went out. That means you can't see what gear you are in at night! The process of replacing this bulb was nightmarish. If you are not super handy, super patient, and have a few hours of spare time, just pay a mechanic to do it. BUT, you will pay 2-3 hours of labor plus the cost of the bulb if you do that. I saved a few hundred dollars and the car is set now. Good product for the skilled!

The item was in a plastic bag with the part number written on it and was cleverly packed to protect it in shipment. It fit my 2007 Corolla perfectly.

Good OEM bulb that allows you to see your gear position at night
I needed this bulb for a 2008 Toyota Corolla CE. It is a little difficult to install in that you need to remove the center console cover in order to reach the bulb location underneath the shifter. When you're there you will probably want to vacuum out the area because there's going to be a lot to dust, dirt and other assorted crud that has built up over the years. Bulb arrives as an OEM part in an OEM bag. when changing the bulb be sure to retain the blue cover on the old bulb as you will need to put it on the new bulb. Part arrived on time. Made a world of difference to see my gear shift at night.
