Cloud rolls

These were perfect. I found recipe for “cloud rolls” made from egg white, at same time added ham and flavourings, then more roll mixture on top. As I’m wheat free person these worked out really well, and everyone else enjoyed them and wanted more.

Unfit for purpose

Not recommended. Very flimsy (think hair net rather than silicon mould) and too large to fit into conventional oven. Will try to find use, but as it stands - complete waste of money. Not for serious bread making.

Makes a good size bread bun

My husband is gluten free so this tray was perfect but I cut it in half to fit on my flat tins , makes a nice size bread bun .
