It is perfect for confined space extrication. The wide center slots allow for the quick immobilization of pediatric patients, while side indentations provide secure head-immobilizer strapping. There are also strap recesses on the bottom of the board to further eliminate strap-to-ground contact. Highly resistant to blood, oils, acids, chemical contamination, and other solvents. It offers high-impact resistance - even at hot and cold temperature extremes. X-ray translucent.
