I need a pair of knee pads for volleyball and I weigh 121 and am 5'8" I wear 3s in jeans. What size should I get?

My daughters are 5’9” and about 140, wear L/XL. My niece is 5’3” and smaller and she wears l/xl also. They’re gonna be snug. I would say large for you.

They don’t specify but they are adult size. My daughter is in high school, 5’7” and weighs 140 lbs (with muscular thighs) and they fit her perfectly.
