Good product with mix ingredients to boost the immunity and for instant energy. Taste is good too with health benefits so a must to add a spoon in regular diet.

Although no added sugar and almost natural it has 4.8 g jaggery and only 2g amla per 10g serving. The quantity of amla should be atleast 50% to make it useful even dabur has more amla content than this.
