I received this about 2 weeks ago I started taking the day I received. I have back pain in lower lumbar region with disc issues and bursitis in both hips. In my mid 60’s. I have had back pain for years. Let me tell you….this works! I immediately felt relief a few days later. I started taking just 1 pill a day. Ease into it kinda thought process. Now, one in the morning after eating and one at bedtime. I sleep far better now, and my pain level has gone from 7 to about a 3!!! With continuous use, and more walking, I hope to get to a lower number. This allows me to be far more active with way less pain and it’s only been a few weeks. I’m not paid for this or any review. Honestly, buy this and give it a few weeks. Only negative is the price. But, it does work and I do not need any prescription pain meds. So, I call that a WIN! For over 20 years I have suffered from knee pain. It came to a point last March that the pain and swelling in the knees was so bad that I could barely walk and went to Urgent Care. The doctor ordered an MRI of one of the knees and they told me I had osteoarthritis. When the pain started radiating down into the calf, I called my family doctor and he sent me back to the Urgent Care and they found a blood clot and put me on Coumadin and Lovenox blood thinners. I had a reaction to the Coumadin and they changed it to Pradaxa. I continued to have severe knee pain and I couldn't go up and down stairs at all. I went to the orthopedic surgeon after a month of suffering and he said that the only thing he could do was give me a Cortisone shot in the knees. He was hesitant to do it because of the blood thinners, but I was in so much pain I insisted. It gave me some temporary relief that lasted about a week, but then the pain and swelling came back. I was watching YouTube videos about health and one of my recommended videos was by a Korean Holistic Doctor. She recommended Turmeric. I use a lot of Turmeric in my food, but she recommended this Curcumin product. I decided to give it a try and ordered a bottle. I started taking two tablets four times a day. In a matter of three days the swelling started to go down and walking became tolerable again. I was able to walk my dog and go up and down the stairs. Because I was taking so much I ran out after two weeks. When I ran out the pain and swelling came back after a few days. I ordered a second bottle and it took five days to come. As soon as I started taking it again the pain and swelling reduced again and went away completely after about two weeks. I now take two tablets twice a day and I am a happy dude. I have used everything that came down the pike, creams, oils, poltices, pills, supplements, everything. Nothing has worked like this did. The only downside is that it must be very high in beta carotene because I got something called Angular Chelitis when I was taking high doses. Painful cracks in the corners of the mouth that are caused by too much Vitamin A. I used zinc oxide on those (baby diaper rash cream) with good relief. Now that I'm taking a lower dose, that is no longer a problem. I strongly recommend this product. You will start to see improvement in 3 to 4 days, but complete relief from your pain will take several weeks.

I've been taking turmeric supplements for 3 years now for an autoimmune disorder related to Eczema. Turmeric provided better relief than any dose of Prednisone and Corticosteroid topical ointments prescribed by my Dermatologist. The lesions have cleared up and I have had minimal outbreaks since I've been taking turmeric supplements. Recently I was diagnosed with Planter Fasciitis and I've been taking a CBD supplement in addition to the turmeric. I can feel the results. I am now able to put my running shoes back on and go for 4 to 5 mile jogs with no pain. My limp has gone away and I can feel that the inflammation in my foot has gone away. I'll be taking turmeric for life. I really like the Smarter Nutrition brand as I only need to take 2 pills instead of 3 daily and I like the fact that these are fat soluble. I feel as though they will be more effective as my body gets used to them.

I have suffered with chronic pain and inflammation for years after a long battle with Lymes and Babesiosis. I've tried many products over the years but none have been effective as Smarter Nutrition's curcumin. The past year has been a series of flares with very few good days. I'd added turmeric and curcumin to my regime from other brands and they were helpful. After reading several studies about curcumin I began searching for a higher potency product and came across this one. Because of the price I initially dismissed it but after reading the reviews I had to try it. I was desperate and knew my MD would want to give me prednisone. Having experienced terrible steroid side effects I absolutely dreaded it. Although skeptical I ordered this. I was amazed the first bottle greatly decreased the pain and inflammation everywhere in my body. I did gradually increase my dose which put out the "fire" of an acute flare. I believe that it also helps with pain from the stress of the day as well as the deep healing.
