Straps are good, but the cup isn't any better than a cheap rdx cup. Overpriced but good quality. Isn't perfect cus my nuts still got crushed doing jiu-jitsu

its the best jock ive ever owned and i would give it 5 stars but the strap stitching started coming apart after the first few uses. but hopefully thats not normal
