Yes they do, that is what I use them on they are good.

Do these work well for thick natural toenails?

I think they would be fine to use.

What does it mean 80/80 grit and 60/100 grit?

It means the density of the grains. Just like sand paper. It’s tougher than the ones in a salon to buff. If you want light buffers order a higher grit like 120-150. These are great for breaking through gel polish.
