I had never spent more than $100 on an office chair, but I’m a designer so I needed a good chair. And this one turned out to be worth every penny. It has support in all the right places and is infinitely adjustable. The chair frame is very sturdily built — no wonder the box weighed more than 60 pounds! The casters roll like butter on a hot skillet. We live in a hot climate, so I love that the fabric seat is so breathable. Some purchasers complained about difficult assembly. Really? Since we chose not to use the arms (another feature that was important to me), it was literally two screws! And the screws were labeled! I also like that I had a choice of colors.

I found out about this chair after supervision order them for our control room. The comfort and support is unmatched. Well worth the money!!!

The first thing that struck me is how heavy the box was. Then when you put the chair together you could tell the very very high quality. The base is solid steel alone and very heavy. Easy to assemble with great clear instructions. It took only 5-10 min. Now using it, i wonder why i did not step up to this a long time ago! It is not a cheap chair, but this is a great example of how much more you can get for a step up price. I use my chair daily for many hours at a time and i am loving this! Great product!

Even though this chair can be adjusted countless ways, you can pretty much do it all with a single lever. This makes for a comfortable, easy to use and versatile chair that I use all day for working and at night for gaming or for streaming movies. Assembly is extremely straightforward (spare screws are even provided, just in case) and requires only the included Allen key. Wheels are silent and as sturdy as the frame. Armrests can be positioned in pretty much all directions, just like the headrest, which is surprisingly comfortable. The lumbar support, which is this chair's claim to fame, is absolutely fantastic. My old ergonomic chair was good, but this one beats it in just about all aspects. I've only had it a week or so, so my opinion may change in time but right now, I am completely satisfied with the product. My only minor concern is the multi-function lever itself: it's made of plastic and does not seem to be built to last as long as the rest of the chair is. In fact, mine was broken out of the box during shipping but fortunately the distributor (McKee Hardware) immediately sent me a replacement part. Still, I would like to see a metal lever instead.
