Sweet 'n Salty UPDATE:3/26/2016
INGREDIENTS: Champignon Mushrooms, Water, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Diced Red Pepper, Lactic Acid and Spices.Excellent quality mushrooms, perfect size for just popping in your mouth. They are lacking a little spice and bite to them, so I added some dill weed and dehydrated onion to the marinade. I would love the marinade to have a less sweetness and salt to it; and a more vinegary taste. I also realize these are marinated, not pickled. Do be careful after opening this jar, as it will leak liquid after you have broken the vacuum seal, as the lid does not seal tightly.UPDATE: Just opened my 2nd jar and the marinade is a little different. It's not a sweet, but it's still just as salty (in my opinion).Another difference is the 2nd jar's lid seals solidly. I'll keep this lid when this jar is empty, encase the next one is also a little warped. As I know I'll be getting more, because these are so addicting.UPDATE: I'm on my 3rd jar of these...they are that addicting. Just as an FYI, the mushrooms do vary some by size. The 2nd jar I had I ended up cutting the mushrooms in half for my salads. Yes, they were still poppable for an adult-size mouth, but probably not for someone with a smaller mouth. The marinade in this jar was not as salty thankfully.

Too much sugar. These are not marinated. They're packed in syrup.
