THANKS KIDS!! We needed something to protect the legs of a couple of seat/footrests that hang around by the fireplace. They were just tall enough that the tops slid over the fireplace front edge and the legs were taking a beating against the raised brick. This edging worked great. Fit right on and hasn't come loose yet. I was surprised when my significant other pointed out several other areas in the house where we could use this.

Sticky, easily to apply also around edges. Provides very good protection. Only negative is that it is not clear but a bit milky/opaque

I got this for the edge of my work desk. Forearms would dig in. It’s made working from home better. It was easy to install. The texture of silicone is fine but I find it attracts hair and other particles. So I do pluck those off often. Just fyi for pet people. Hopefully the adhesive will stay put. Only time will tell. Would buy again.

It prevented my fellow employee from hitting her elbows on her work counter. It went on easily, but go slow if you’re OCD because it can wrinkle easily and it’s too sticky to place again easily.

The edge protector is an excellent product. When applying, keep the edging gently stretched as tape is removed. The tape/adhesive is extremely good. Be sure the edging is in place before applying pressure to the surface it is to stick to.

I have baseboards that are a stained, rough wood. I bought these so my new 6 month old puppy would quit chewing on the wood? I was very impressed at how well it stuck to the rough wood. It stuck like it was a smooth surface. There was no doubt that it was going to stay there. I got it all put on. It looked good. I went into the other room for about 15 minutes. When I came back, it was in pieces in the middle of the floor, littered with marks from little teeth. It does have an odd smell when you first open it. That might be the reason that the puppy did not eat any of it. I am going to have to go with something a little more robust. Live and learn. It is a good product, at a good price.

Even after “repair”, our contractor grade granite countertops had so many little knicks my knit tee shirts kept getting ruined with tiny holes from getting caught. This silicone edging has done the trick. No more ruined tee shirts. Went on the edges easily and has stayed in place.

We bought wooden log chairs that were getting indents from the quartz island countertop every time someone moved the chairs, so we were looking for a solution, and this solved it perfectly. We just ran this along the corner of the countertop and it sticks on very well, is clear so you can hardly even see it and the soft silicone bumper now protects our chairs.

Got this to go on the edge of my desk where my arms rest. It gets used for hours every single day, with direct physical contact from me. There's been no indication that the adhesive is weakening or the color changing/degrading (other than maybe getting a little cloudier, but it's negligible). The material itself has also stayed strong - again, no indication of degradation. It is doing exactly what I needed it to do - softening the edge so it doesn't dig into my skin. I've been using it for over a year and I couldn't be happier. Great quality!

No problem installing or adhering to painted surface. Nice and flexible.
