Should i use this before or after moisturizing?

What is the difference between this serum and the other serums by Shishedo?

I have fairly oily skin that is prone to blemishes, and this essence is not especially moisturizing; rather, it is a light, fortifying fluid that absorbs immediately into your skin and keeps it healthy, smooth, more elastic, and firm. I noticed that my skin also healed from blemishes and other minor abrasions much faster with this product. Whatever is in it, my skin likes a lot, and because it is not full of moisturizer, it does not cause me to break out (which most moisturizers and serums do.)
