Q: How does it feel while wearing ear buds? I have to listen to my music when I run.

If your earbuds stick out of your ears at all, you will definitely feel pressure in your ear canal. I suggest looking in the mirror if they stick out from your ear lobes - if so, you might have troubles. Mine are Bluetooth, so they are a little larger than corded ones. If I use the warmers while listening to music, I wear corded ear buds which are much smaller and then I am OK.

Q: Is it uncomfortably tight?

Its actually a little big to me, but nice fit! I don't think it's uncomfortable.

Q: Do these have some kind of wind proof layer, or are they just polar fleece?

No windproofing. Just a thin layer of fleece.

Q: Would these fit a 23 inch head comfortably??

My head is almost 23inches and it fits fine. There is a little stretch to them. I wear them playing golf and they keep my ears very warm.
