Great item!
very easy to use. I made homemade gnocchi for the first time for Valentine's Day dinner, and was surprised at how easy it was. This gnocchi board made them look professional.

Excellent quality, beautiful results!
This gnocchi board is so much better than the flat one I had before. This one easier to use with much better results. The grooves are deeper and a wider for more pronounced grooves that hold sauce better! The curved surface shapes the gnocchi without sticking. Easy and comfortably to hold I was able to work much faster with my dough. Cleans up easily! Very Affordable!

Appears user friendly and of quality
Bought this to add to an Italian themed gift package, so I haven't used it personally. However, my evaluation is that it feels sturdy and user friendly, looks easy to clean, and very durable. After I move, I plan to gift one to myself!

Perfect size
Nice compact size is enough to get the job done. If you like to cook with family, get two. The grooves are the perfect depth, and the length is also perfect.

Mixed review
It does a goog job shaping the gnocchi, but it does not leave the deep groves I get from using just the tines of a fork. So good and not so good.

The wood quality is excellent. It’s a very unique piece that will last forever. I haven’t had time to use it yet. Will update you as soon as I do. I bought it to make Italian gnocchi and traditional sweets.

Il est cher,mais j'aime les accessoires en bois et acier inoxydable. J'ai commencé à faire des gnoccis aux pommes de terre, c'est vraiment bon!
