Good quality but couldn’t find the right size for my ironing board, so had to fold the flat end over to make it fit. But pulled tight and clips help really well.

I have done a lot of ironing over my 60+ years and 7 strong family and this has to be the best ironing cover I have ever had. The choice of sizes let me get one that fitted properly. It was easy to put on and tension and the fabric tucked right under all the edges of the board for full coverage. I actually ironed out the packaging creases as i laid it loosely on before I tensioned it properly so I got a really smooth base. It crinkles as you fit it and a little bit as you iron but that is just the layer that I think might be the magic ingredient because boy, did it smooth out every wrinkle from my ironing! If you are going to iron, which I do, then having a quicker, higher quality finish is the way to go. ALL the wrinkles came out of my stuff and with no effort and no backwards and forwards. Looks like my garments have been pressed at a dry cleaners. I know I need to go get a life but really this is great!

I purchased this Super Soft 5 Layer Turbo Ironing Board Cover just after Xmas (2025). The old one was the same make etc and had lasted for 3yrs + but had become stained etc. My ironing board is a Brabantia with a metal mesh base surface AND a steam generator iron pad on top. The new cover won't work well if it's just on the metal mesh base and it sort of defeats the object if you have to put a towel on the floor under the ironing board. It's not an Amazon issue, but I tried in vain to find a replacement steam generator ironing board under cover. Nothing available on Brabantia and couldn't find an alternative. It's a sort of honeycomb, foam/material base layer which makes all the difference when using a steam generator iron. there are "felt" versions available but these just soak up the steam, get wet and drip on the floor. When fitting the cover it's important to follow the instructions and pull the drawstrings together before fitting it to the board. If you try to pull the drawstring whilst the cover is laid flat on the board the liklihood is that the netting holding the strings will tear. The covers are good and long lasting if fitted well. Seems silly to say so but if you have to spend hours each week doing the bl**dy ironing its worth getting the equipment right, then you can enjoy the glass of wine and whatever is on the TV whilst you're ironing.

Ironing board cover looks ok and fits ironing board but when attaching the elasticated ironing board tensioners the metal has come away from the elastic and therefore can’t be used unless I machine it back in place! On close inspection there is hardly any thread attaching the metal to the elastic. To return it would be a pain and more time consuming than getting my sewing machine out and fixing it myself. There is no option to contact the seller direct which is annoying. I would have preferred to do this, allowing them to rectify it by just sending some more clips out, rather than complaining about them.

Good fit but needs cinching elastic to hold in place. Nice quality good thick material. Made ironing faster. Nice looking fabric with a pretty pattern. Good value for the quality.

My old cover got thinner and got ripped off. This is a good cover, fits great, thick and nice

The dimensions were exactly as promised. It fits my ironing table well, and I was glad not to have to purchase a new table. Saving some money is welcome
