SakkasEveryday Essentials Caftan Tank Dress/Cover Up

Wife report: This is mainly a beachwear. If you want to use it for any other occasion you need to wear something else inside (shorts, short skirt) because it is C-through. Be also prepare to use a belt as it is needed. Other than that, the fit was good and she is quite happy with this caftan.

Great little dress well made. It is very roomy would fit a 22 easily but because of the style it is also fine for a 10.

Very nice but just seen on holiday though for half the price. Caution required too - do not wear white underwear with it as the material in some what see through.....

Love this dress, it's so comfy and cool to wear even then the weather's really hot. Wear it alone or doubled up with another similar dress and it's still comfy and cool. As a person with severe sensory sensitivity who has great difficulty finding clothes i can comfortably wear, especially for when the weather is hot, i would give this dress 10 stars if it would let me.Item arrived on time and in great condition - all in all this was a brilliant buy and a brilliant transaction.

This is the second dress I have bought from Sakkas. Both have been good quality items, well finished and nicely detailed.This caftan/dress is however, VERY SHEER. It is nearly transparent, so I will probably need to wear a slip under it for day-to-day wear. It might be OK around the house or poolside, but I would not wear it out & about without something under it. Bit of a shame as the point of a dress like this is to be cool & comfortable and adding a slip will significantly reduce this. Still pondering whether or not to return item or just keep it as a house dress. If it was slightly heavier fabric, like the other dress I bought from Sakkas, it would be a 5 star rating.

I'm very happy with this! As this is a one size fits all, I expected it might be a little on the smaller side for my size 16 DD's, but it actually fits really nicely. The material is quite thin, I purchased to wear abroad and this will work well for that purpose. I wouldn't walk around British streets wearing it, but for a holiday it's perfect. Hand wash only.

I’ve bought a lot of dresses from Sakkas this year. The quality of each dress varies quite a bit but is on the ‘cheap’ side overall. Lots of loose ha ding threads, missed stitching and a few wonky seams. Given that they’re not very cheap dresses, I wouldn’t buy them again. They were fine for a season but haven’t lasted well with washing. They are very roomy and lightweight which was exactly what I needed this year, but also very see-through.

The colour is more vibrant than the image shows but not garish. The fabric has a linen quality and it hangs beautifully. The length means it can be worn as dress for the beach or with leggings for a social occasion. With a belt it would make a lovely tunic. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and look of this garment as I had expected the fabric to be thinner. A very happy customer.
