The adhesive is not good. It cannot be reused and it peels off the inside lining in the shoe.

These work really well keeping my Achilles from rubbing against my shoe. Great fit, easy to apply and no more pain or redness. The brown and black are a softer fabric, while the clear is like a slighty firm gel. This is my second set. The first I bought years ago and they never loosened or came off my shoe. You can't reuse them for different shoes, but if needed they come off fine. You can use any color. They hide well even if they don't match.
