Feels great and works well.
This little device is so cool and awesome for the Logitech g920. It creates and cooling snap feeling and sound. Definitely creates more immersion and feeling when sim racing.I will say it’s a little loud depending on the distance you decide to set it away from the shifters, but the farther away you place it the louder it will be, but the better it feels. However, it can tire your fingers and rest out over long periods of time 2-3 of sim racing, so i recommend if you are doing long races put the mod closer to the paddles. All in all it’s a great product, so cool this is on the Amazon marketplace because other vendors sell something similar but they are in other parts outside the US and the shipping would take months.Last point this won’t make you faster necessarily, but what it does do for sure is reignite your passion and excitement for sim racing. You will see what I mean when you put this product on and use it for the first time. Your wheel seems like another wheel of awesomeness and immersion.Anyways hope the review helps.Enjoy!

Fine but loud; easily remidied.
1)Definitely pre-drill with your own driver but when assembling on your wheel I do suggest using the included driver instead as it fits and won't allow over-tightening. Over-tightening can cause the bracket to sit too far from the paddles or bending the bracket when actuating the paddles.2) Turning your wheel 90 degrees, with paddles vertical, makes this very simple to install. Slot screws into magnet bracket, setting it vertically, with the intent to turn the mostly tightened bracket to meet the paddles. Tighten screws partially then wheel with bracket to match paddles and magnets. Use the included driver to finish tightening.3) Realizing how loud it is I tried some Loctite wall putty I have, adhering small bits to the magnets it's now less than half as loud. I tried a 3M wall mount pad that also worked very well.

Does not fit!
Was so excited for this upgrade, but was quickly disappointed when the mod did not fit correctly onto the wheel base. It seemed like the screws were too long and thick for the mod to fit tightly, leading to it just attaching to the paddle shifters when shifting. Not what we are looking for.

Fra-gee-lay
The screws are terrible ordinary screwdrivers will not work. They are self tapping screws so it takes a bit of torque to get them turning, micro screwdrivers don’t allow you to apply enough torque to get the tight enough so the part doesn’t slip. So I drilled the screw holes and used bigger screws. All was good until I took it off to adjust its position and it cracked in half. A Bit of epoxy and some creative reinforcement and it works great. I put felt pads on the magnet because the click is super loud. One of these made from aluminium with machine Allen screws would be spot on and i would gladly pay more for a better quality product. This seems to be a 3D printed trinket with good intentions.

Does exactly what it should
I’ve put a lot of hours onto my g29, and noticed the paddles didn’t feel quite as responsive. This makes them feel 10x better than new, snapping back and feeling very solid. The only thing I would say is use your own screwdriver like I read from another review. The screwdriver that comes with it is incredibly difficult to tighten it as much as needed. The magnets can be sort of loud when they click back, I used two small command strips I had lying around to cushion them. It’s a lot quieter and just as responsive.

Excellent Quality - really makes a big difference in the feel of the shift paddles
Very easy, simple installation. I did not use the included mini screw driver, I used my own. Before mounting, I used two of the 4 screws provided and screwed them into the bottom piece (piece without magnets) screwing them in to about 1/8" from completely in. Then unscrewed these screws. Then I mounted the two pieces onto the steering wheel, magnet piece on top - magnets facing the shift paddles, and screwed the top to the bottom with the same two screws.Screwing the two screws into the bottom and removing prior to installation seemed to be key, as the screws were a bit tight the first time in. I could see someone stripping the screw heads trying to mount them together without first pre-screwing the bottom piece. This way you can easily screw together the two pieces once the the two hole in the base had been opened up by pre-screwing the holes.Installation took 3 minutes from start to finish. Very pleased with the quality.

Install can be a pain
Installation... well honestly it was a pain in the arse. Kept falling off, sliding out of place... *DEFINITELY* need a bigger screwdriver that the one provided to get enough torque to get the screws to bite.Once it's installed: Feels great, the paddles feel much more positive and rewarding to shift thru. Might be better version of this out there, but this works fine. Had it installed for about a week and had 3 sessions driving.
