Very confortable shoes

So I've recently gotten these shoes in the mail about 2 weeks ago, because I needed new, comfortable and steel toe shoes for my work and I was dealing with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs..I didn't know how these shoes fit so I ordered my original size which is a 11/WIDE just to be safe, thinking oh, they offer WIDE so they must run small I was wrong, they fit way too big. I had extra room on the back of my heel and no matter how much I've tighten these shoes they end up slipping from the back to the front and vice versa. I've tried different methods in making my feet fit in these shoes, to heel cups, heel liners, to different soles, thicker socks. Still no luck in filling in that gap. I've also tried giving them a few days but that gap was too much and bothered me. So I made up my mind and returned them back to the seller. A few days later, I've found these exact shoes at a local Skechers Outlet. If 11/WIDE is way too big for me, then maybe a 10M or 10.5M will fit...they did, but still left a little room for my heel. Then I tried a 9.5M....and how could you not, they fit absolutely perfect and worked very comfortably in the workplace. Just a tiny bit of slip from the heel but its okay, it will do. From a 11/WIDE to a 9.5M?! Say what! And they were $10 cheaper! And I got me another pair of shoes and socks! I walked out that store with a smile on my face!I highly recommend you either go 1 or 2 down from your original size if you were to order these on here. But its highly best you go to your local shoe store that carries these, and try them out yourself. Saves you money and time.Thank you for reading!Jon Jovi Atangan

Great work shoes overall. My only complaint is that they're not non-slip.Despite some of the comments, they're much lighter than I expected – even for men's 13s. That could be because I'm used to boots, and wore my Navy issue Bellevilles daily for years. YMMV.They'll keep your toes safe, might prevent a shock, and keep your feet comfortable all day ... But they're terrible on a slippery surface. Especially if you're loading trailers all day.

Great for everyday use, nice support, I’m on my feet all day ! This shoe makes it possible. Steel toe has saved the day several times. They aren’t quite as flexible when bending down or working on your knees. They will leave black marks so beware.

These shoes are the only ones my husband will wear. It’s been a while since we have been able to find the all black ones so he was thrilled when these became available. We always buy them from Amazon now as we know his size will be available when it’s hit or miss in the stores. Fit is correct. Shoes are durable and slip resistant.

Good style and comfortable. Although they run a bit big and i had to exchange them for a size smaller. After 3 months of wearing them to work 5 days a week they're showing some signs of wear.Overall, good value for the money.

Would not recommend at all. They squeeze my big toe, even tried the wide and still too tight around the toes, If I went a size bigger they'd be too big. After less than a week the front started peeling. I can't remember how long ago I bought them but I wore them very sparingly for the first 3 months or so because they hurt my feet so bad. The insoles had craters in them within a month. I've gotten use to them at this point but I constantly have calluses on the sides of my toes from them, and they're in horrible condition. The bottom of the right one is loose and flaps around. I love Sketchers and own about 8 different pairs, they're all wonderful and all of them last me a very, very long time. These are the worst shoes they've ever made. I have another pair of Sketcher steel toe work shoes that I've owned for 5 years. I put over 20,000 steps a day on them for at least 4 of those 5 years and they're in much better condition than the ones I bought on here. Even the tread on my old ones is at about 80% life left, these ones are worn near smooth.

These were a gift, but the first thing my roommate said when he put them on is they're "like walking on a cloud". Very comfy and hopefully very durable.
