Q: Has anyone had positive results by using this to treat hair loss? I've read some pretty convincing articles about its effectiveness.

I have male pattern baldness. I tried this product in hopes of just slowing my loss of hair. No discernible difference even after consuming the ATF-20. The amount of hair loss stayed the same. Did not buy again. Took another approach,

Q: If you just swallow one, will it work as well as letting it melt in your mouth?

No. Your stomach breaks down foods so the rest of the digestive tract can make use of it and this process destroys at least a portion of most swallowed supplements. You have to get enough past the stomach by using higher doses, coated pills, binding the supplement to other things, eating it with or apart from specific foods, and in some cases it's just not possible to get a noticeable dose of something that way.

Q: Other atp products are 400mg and in powder or capsule form. how does your sublingual product compare in terms of total atp absorbed?

I have used 3 other ATP , supplements and by far the best one yet has been by Muscle tech and the best price also

Q: Does this help with feeling cold?

ATP may support cellular energy. It has not been studied to support body temperature.
